Job summary

Kastech Software Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Solution Architect to lead requirements gathering, solution design, hands-on configuration, prototyping, and successful delivery of ERP projects.

You will run workshops with customers, design scalable D365 F&O solutions, drive fit-gap analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout Agile delivery, including data migration, SIT/UAT, and go-live support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP functional consulting experience.
• 5+ years with D365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
• At least 2 full ERP lifecycle implementations.
• Strong hands-on configuration and prototyping skills.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and workshop facilitation.

• Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technical teams throughout Agile delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of ERP functional consulting experience, including 5+ years with D365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
• Experience as a Functional Solution Architect, Functional Lead, or Senior Functional Consultant.
• At least 2 full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Strong hands‑on configuration, solution design, and prototyping skills.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Preferred:

• D365 Finance or Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience.
• Healthcare, public-sector, or regulated industry experience.
• Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery.
