Job summary

HSO International is seeking an experienced CRM Architect to lead architecture design and discovery for global Dynamics 365 CRM programs. You will drive technology choices, define designs, and guide business transformation across international projects.

The role requires 8+ years in CRM, deep Microsoft D365 expertise, and strong requirements analysis and architectural skills. Travel for international projects is expected, and pre-sales and mentoring capabilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of CRM experience, focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Architect on at least 4 international end-to-end CRM implementations.
• Expertise in the Microsoft D365 ecosystem and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct envisioning and architecture design workshops.
• Make tech choices aligned with architecture.
• Prepare architecture designs to guide business transformation.
• Provide proactive support in program and project delivery.
• Understand customer operations for architecture validation.
• Stay informed on tech trends to shape strategic roadmaps.
• Optimize business processes for efficient tech deployment.
• Design and document business processes.
• Facilitate agile projects alongside the main program.
• Develop and update internal tools and best practices for the project team.
