ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel, Public Sector to support SaaS and professional services sales to Federal, State, and Local government sectors. This is a full-time role with location flexibility, preferably in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area, reporting to the US Public Sector lead counsel.

Responsibilities include negotiating master SaaS and services agreements, responding to RFPs, and collaborating with finance, sales operations, deal desk, product, and security to protect

Competenze

• Juris Doctor and active U.S. state bar admission.
• Minimum 5 years of government contracts experience at federal/state levels.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government procurement vehicles.

• Review and negotiate master SaaS and professional services agreements.
• Respond to RFPs and handle channel partner issues and contracting documents.
• Collaborate with finance, sales operations, deal desk, product, and security to protect the company’s interests.
