Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's AWS Global Public Sector legal team seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel to help shape cloud contracting for Federal Government customers. You will review and negotiate government contracts, advise on licensing, and navigate FAR/DFARS compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You'll partner with sales, compliance, and cross-functional teams to balance business objectives with regulatory requirements, including GAO and COFC matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and state bar admission (required).
• 2+ years of post-bar legal experience.
• Knowledge of government contracting laws including FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate government contracts with Federal Government customers.
• Advise on procurement regulations including FAR and DFARS.
• Develop and lead litigation strategy at GAO, COFC, and Boards of Contract Appeals.
• Analyze contract compliance to meet federal requirements and obligations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance business objectives with regulatory requirements.
