Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and financial reporting including general ledger, month-end close, and financial statements.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support planning.
• Knowledge of internal controls, audits, compliance and public/nonprofit finance best practices.
• Comfort with accounting software, spreadsheets and financial systems to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger and prepare financial statements for CSWD.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting; monitor cash flow.
• Support annual audit and regulatory reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions and collaboration with leadership.
