ADVANCED NETWORK MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a Public Sector Contracts Manager to lead contract management for our Public Sector business. You will collaborate with Sales teams to secure contracts, monitor status, and provide necessary reporting to enable revenue growth.

The role requires 2-5 years of Public Sector contract experience, strong communication, and analytical skills. Travel is occasionally required; a four-year degree is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience with Public Sector Contract Vehicles.
• Four-year college degree.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical skills for reporting and contract management.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Create contract audit reporting and compliance guides.
• Coordinate with Sales Directors on public sector contracts training and compliance.
• Audit monthly and quarterly Sales Audit Reports for accuracy.
• Address compliance issues with Sales and/or Operations.
• Expand contract use within assigned states to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with Legal on new contract terms and conditions.
• Manage all new public sector contracts to ensure compliance across departments.
• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Maintain Contract Price List management.
