Job summary

ANM is seeking a Public Sector Contracts Manager to lead contract management for our public sector business. You will work with Sales, Legal and Operations to ensure contract compliance, pricing, and timely reporting while expanding contract usage to grow revenue.

Based remotely with options in New Mexico, this role requires 2–5 years of public sector contracting experience, strong communication, and analytical skills to develop and monitor reporting and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with Public Sector Contract Vehicles
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical skills to develop reporting plans
• Familiarity with reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Create contract audit reporting and compliance guides.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors on public sector contracts training (quoting and ordering compliance).
• Audit monthly and quarterly Sales Audit Reports for accuracy.
• Address compliance issues with Sales and/or Operations.
• Expand contract use within assigned states to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract solicitation terms and conditions.
• Manage all new public sector contracts to ensure compliance across Marketing, HR, Finance, Public Sector Sales Management and Operations.
• Complete weekly, quarterly, monthly reporting.
• Maintain Contract Price List management.
• Handle general contract management—main contact, review updates, and modifications.
• Onboard all new contracts.
• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure marketing events meet contract compliance.
• Manage USAC Program compliance for E-Rate.
