P2S|CMTA seeks an experienced Construction Manager for a 5-month contract in Camarillo, CA. The CM will oversee day-to-day municipal project management, contract administration, and technical oversight on a live modernization effort.

Candidate should have 5–10 years in public-sector CM, with preference for HVAC/MEP modernization经验, and be onsite five days a week for the duration. Will coordinate with Client PM, EOR, and design-build teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of construction management experience in the public sector on municipal projects.
• Direct experience managing HVAC, MEP, or plant modernization projects is highly preferred.
• Contract administration and RFP/RFI processing experience required.
• Ability to coordinate with Client PM, EOR, Design-build team and stakeholders.
• Onsite presence with local travel as needed.
• Must be willing to travel or stay near Camarillo, CA for the duration.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day project management with the Client's Project Manager.
• Oversee RFP tendering and respond to technical input from Owner's Engineer.
• Log, track, and route project correspondence among teams.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and supplier communications; verify completeness.
• Review change orders and negotiate cost with contractors.
• Verify monthly payment applications and progress onsite.
• Provide formal opinions on percent complete against the schedule.
