The Construction Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects, from planning and subcontractor coordination to client communication and on-site supervision. This position is suited for a professional who enjoys balancing technical precision with leadership responsibilities and stakeholder management.

• Manage all phases of MEP construction, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Supervise field activities, focusing on HVAC, electrical, and controls system upgrades for retrofit and modernization projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and commissioning teams to align project execution with technical specifications.
• Uphold safety and quality standards, fostering proactive problem-solving on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing MEP or HVAC projects within construction or energy retrofit settings.
• Strong understanding of building systems, mechanical/electrical coordination, and energy performance.
