This externally facing role focuses on developing relationships and generating qualified federal, public-sector, and other opportunities, advancing them through the company’s lifecycle and coordinating with technical leaders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, communications, political science, urban planning, marketing, construction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Seven to ten years in business development, client development, public-sector relations, or related externally facing roles.
• Experience with federal/state/local/public-sector stakeholders and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with public-sector agencies, developers, and prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities via procurement activity, RFIs/RFPs, and market signals.
• Coordinate with technical leaders and Marketing on pursuit activity and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare concise relationship updates.
• Travel within assigned markets as needed.
