Roberts Civil Engineering is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist (External) to manage internal and external communications, culture, and engagement initiatives. The role involves translating technical information into clear materials and coordinating recurring marketing tasks across the organization.

Ideal candidates will craft content, support client outreach, and maintain brand resources while coordinating with vendors and leaders.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in marketing, communications, public relations, business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–5 years in marketing/communications or professional services.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or technical environments preferred.
• Experience creating and maintaining marketing collateral, digital content, presentations, events, and internal communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Monday.com, Canva, Adobe InDesign, WordPress, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate employee-facing messages, social media content, email communications, website updates, and other routine communications.
• Promote the company’s brand and strengthen external engagement through community involvement, partnerships, events, and outreach.
• Maintain marketing collateral and brand resources in shared file structures with templates, resumes, project profiles, and visuals.
• Prepare flyers, presentations, event materials, and other marketing content using established brand standards.
• Coordinate with marketing, printing, photography, website, and event vendors.
