Socure is hiring a Director, Capture and Proposals, Public Sector to lead our capture lifecycle and proposal operations. You will shape opportunities, manage teams of capture managers and writers, and drive compliant, persuasive government bids.

You will partner with Sales, Government Affairs, and Legal to win strategically, engage buyers early, and maintain a scalable content library and playbook for repeatable success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in government capture and proposal leadership for tech/identity sectors.
• Experience leading capture for federal/state/local contracts and BPAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Socure’s capture and proposal operating model and team.
• Shape opportunities pre-solicitation; drive win strategy and pricing.
• Direct and write RFx responses end-to-end with compliant narratives.
• Ensure submissions meet procurement regulations and internal standards.
