Socure is seeking a Head of Market Strategy, Public Sector, to drive strategy and growth across federal, state, local, education, and healthcare markets. You will determine where Socure plays, shape the plan, and build the operating system to win, aligning funding, policy, and partnerships.

You will lead market planning, value creation, and BD initiatives, partnering with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Government Affairs to accelerate revenue and impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of strategy, business development, product or go-to-market leadership in enterprise tech.
• Public sector or complex, regulated market experience with rapid impact.
• Proven growth strategy experience with segmentation, sizing and prioritization.
• Experience building partnerships with system integrators, resellers, or tech partners.
• Executive communication and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year Public Sector market plan across federal, state, local, education and healthcare.
• Define target accounts, programs, and channels to maximize ROI.
• Form a clear point of view on market direction and drive a rigorous go-to-market plan.
• Lead BD, partnerships, and contract-vehicle strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Translate strategy into bids, proposals, and win themes for major pursuits.
• Align product, pricing and offers to public sector procurement and funding models.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and enablement to scale the business.
