Job summary

Infinite Consulting Corp is seeking a Business Development Associate/Manager to drive growth for our public sector client base. You will build relationships with public agencies, attend events, and collaborate with proposal teams to win work.

The role requires 0–2 years of BD experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a proactive, can-do attitude. Occasional evening events and in-person client visits are expected in a primarily remote, Philadelphia-based setup.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven go-getter attitude with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Hunger for growth, initiative, and relationship building.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience using CRM software to track leads and opportunities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evening events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the public sector by building relationships with agencies and stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to respond to RFPs and submit competitive bids.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and client needs in the private development sector.
