Infinite Consulting Corp in Philadelphia is seeking a Business Development Associate/Manager to drive growth for our public sector client base. You will identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships with public agencies, and represent the company at industry events and meetings.

This full-time role requires 0–2 years in BD or sales, a bachelor's degree, and strong communication and CRM skills. The position is Philadelphia-based with in-person requirements and some remote work.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven go-getter attitude with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
• Hunger for growth with initiative and relationship-building
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using CRM software to track leads and opportunities
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evening events

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the public sector by building relationships with public agencies and stakeholders
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, generating leads and strengthening relationships
• Collaborate with the proposal team to respond to RFPs and submit competitive bids
• Leverage CRM tools to track and manage the pipeline and document client interactions
• Develop outreach strategies to foster long-term relationships with private sector clients
