Job summary

Pavilion is seeking a Business Development Associate in San Francisco, a hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote days. You’ll build pipeline, engage with prospective customers, and help scale our paid offering to the public sector.

You’ll report to the CEO and collaborate with a compact team across Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics. From day one you’ll be externally facing, learn the core business from the inside, and grow toward owning more of the sales cycle while expanding to new

• Execute outbound outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and more.
• Research and identify prospective customers.
• Respond to and qualify inbound leads.
• Build and iterate on a repeatable process to improve your own workflow and support a growing team.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to refine messaging and targeting.
• Grow into managing the full sales cycle to close with smaller accounts.
• Contribute to our sales strategy and product development as we expand to more customer segments.
