Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years relevant experience.
• 2–5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience elicitation, mapping, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with municipal/public-sector environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with city departments and stakeholders.
• Document business needs and translate into functional/technical requirements.
• Analyze processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Develop workflow diagrams and process maps.
• Support full project lifecycle from planning to user adoption.
• Ensure solutions align with policies, regulations, and priorities.
• Prepare reports and briefings for leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with change management and documentation per standards.
