Qualifications

• In this role, a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience is required.
• 2–4+ years of risk management, compliance, safety, operations analysis, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis platforms; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enterprise and operational risk assessments across departments to identify risks.
• Analyze incident data and trends to propose mitigation strategies and controls.
• Support development of risk registers, heat maps, and tracking tools.
• Assist with compliance, policy updates, and regulatory monitoring.
• Collaborate with departments to implement corrective actions and safety programs.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
