You will manage budget reporting, data analysis, and CORE-based document reviews to ensure compliant spending and informed management decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Budget Office, CDOC clinical management, and health administrators, delivering timely financial insights and supporting strategic fiscal operations.

Formación

• Six years of professional budget analysis, development and implementation experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare or clinical budgeting and procurement processes.
• Ability to lead, train, and support administrative staff in clinical environments.
• Ability to develop professional relationships and partnerships.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience creating management reports and ad hoc analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze requisitions to determine procurement methods while applying fiscal rules.
• Review and approve CORE system documents (RQS/SRQ).
• Provide monthly/quarterly/annual budget reports to management.
• Develop ad hoc reports and projections using CORE data.
• Oversee credit card program management and training of cardholders.
• Ensure access to financial tools and reporting systems for stakeholders.
• Provide vendor and internal stakeholder customer service including inmate banking processing.
