The Staff Pad, partnering with a healthcare organization in Helena, MT, seeks a Financial Analyst Supervisor to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and provider compensation across clinical operations.

You will develop financial models, dashboards, and reports to guide leadership decisions, partner with Finance and operational leaders, and present insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. This is a full-time role in healthcare finance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or provider compensation.
• Strong Excel, modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual operating and capital budgeting processes and prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance, budget variances, and operational trends, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Administer provider compensation programs, including work relative value unit (wRVU) and value-based compensation models.
• Calculate provider compensation accurately and ensure compliance with employment agreements.
• Partner with Finance, People Services, Payroll, and operational leaders on financial planning and provider compensation matters.
• Present financial information clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Support special projects and additional financial initiatives as needed.
