The State of Colorado, Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS), Administration & Finance Division, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to supervise budget analysts and oversee major financial reporting and contracts. This role requires GAAP/GASB knowledge and strong collaboration with partner agencies to deliver executive-level insights.

Lead 107+ FTE funding portfolios and multiple enterprise systems, including CBMS and OIT/BITS/CoBEES contracts.

Qualifications

• Eight years of relevant experience in financial management, analysis, and planning.
• Advanced technical skills to handle and synthesize large and complicated datasets into actionable insights.
• Experience rolling up complex financial data into consolidated, clear reports for senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage shared funding models, cross-departmental cost allocations, and shared expenses.
