Job summary

You will review expenditures, generate reports, and support clinical management with financial analysis within CORE and other systems.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with fiscal rules, and collaboration with multiple administrative teams in a responsible state government context.

Qualifications

• Six years of professional experience in budget analysis, development and implementation.
• Experience in policy development and implementation.
• Management or administrative experience in public or private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes requisitions to determine procurement methods and applies fiscal rules.
• Reviews and approves RQS and SRQ documents in CORE.
• Provides monthly, quarterly and annual budget reports to management.
• Develops ad hoc CORE-based reports; analyzes data and forecasts for discretionary spending.
• Oversees credit card program; trains cardholders and audits transactions.
• Ensures access to financial tools and reporting systems for stakeholders.
• Provides customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders, including inmate banking and Canteen orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
