Univest Financial Corp is seeking a Government Banking Relationship Manager to grow and support municipal and public sector relationships across its markets. You will work with municipalities, counties, authorities and school districts to connect them with financial solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, business development and expertise in public funds banking, with opportunities to travel and engage in community events while meeting deposits and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Five or more years in government/public funds banking or related commercial banking.
• Proven ability to grow deposits and meet sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage relationships with government and public sector clients.
• Grow deposits and expand client relationships.
• Identify new opportunities through prospecting and community involvement.
• Partner with Treasury Management, Credit, Operations to deliver client solutions.
• Support RFP opportunities with client insight and proposal strategy.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and update opportunities in Salesforce.
• Represent Univest at government and community events.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Univest Code of Conduct.
