Job summary

Univest Financial Corporation in Pittsburgh is seeking Commercial Banking Relationship Managers to join our expanding Western Pennsylvania team. You will manage a $40–$60MM commercial portfolio and lead efforts to grow client relationships and revenue.

You will cross-sell bank services, work with other areas of the bank, and ensure compliance with laws and Univest policies. A 10+ year track record in commercial banking and a finance degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience preferred.
• Ability to cross-sell products and advise business clients.
• Strong knowledge of credit, banking, and investment products.
• Ability to manage risk within Portfolio, including loan pricing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce, nCino, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage a moderately complex commercial portfolio of between $40-$60MM, including the formulation and implementation of a plan for portfolio growth.
• Build a trusted, competent, and confident relationship with clients by providing financial solutions for life.
• Cross-sell other bank services by engaging with other areas of the bank to enhance the marketing effort.
• Submit loan requests for underwriting and approval and develop new prospects for Univest.
• Be knowledgeable about a customer’s business and borrowing needs and ability to repay debt.
• Establish terms within loan policy and negotiate credit extensions.
