Univest Financial Corporation in Allentown, PA seeks a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to manage a commercial portfolio, develop growth strategies, and deliver tailored financial solutions for local business clients.

You will partner with bank areas to cross-sell services, oversee loan requests through underwriting, and expand Univest's reach across the Lehigh Valley while coaching and developing junior staff.

• Ability to self-reliantly assess customer's financial information to ascertain repayment capacity, collateral coverage, and strength of balance sheet.
• Maintains composure in high-pressure situations and is able to coach others.

• Establish and negotiate within loan policy and procedure the terms under which credit will be extended to qualified customers including interest rate, repayment method and collateral requirements.
• Increase visibility in the bank’s sales and marketing area by participating in business service and other non-profit community organizations.
• Potential supervisory duties of non-sales roles; coaching and developing staff.
