Responsibilities

• Drive aggressive new logo growth by identifying and engaging key decision-makers in prospect organizations.
• Manage complex, 6–12 month sales cycles with discovery to define buying criteria and business impact.
• Lead meetings and deliver tailored demos and proposals translating Springbrook products into mission-critical gov't solutions.
• Maintain a rolling 12-month pipeline with consistent outreach and lead nurturing to hit bookings targets.
• Ensure Salesforce CRM hygiene for accurate forecasting and coordination with Sales Engineering, Product, Finance and Leadership.
• Support trade shows and campaigns to increase brand penetration and provide market feedback to Product.
