Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales field engineers during installations, deployments, and maintained operations for Exacom Hindsight 4. Your team will ensure high SLA adherence and seamless on-site execution in critical public safety environments.

You will align with project managers, handle escalations, and drive process improvements across field operations while supporting customers like PSAPs and police departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience leading technical support and/or field deployment teams.
• Experience in public safety or mission-critical environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary technical teams (remote and on-site).

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dual-function team of Field Engineers.
• Oversee on-site hardware/software installations, upgrades and cutovers.
• Maintain SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction across deployments.
• Coordinate with project managers and client IT/dispatch directors on timelines.
