Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in public safety, emergency communications, or PSAP operations.
Deep expertise in PSAP operations, NG911, CAD, and public safety technology trends.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with PSAP leaders and industry associations.

Responsibilities

Drive public safety strategy and mentor the team to achieve KPIs and long-term growth.
Lead initiatives to align Axon 911 solutions with evolving public safety needs and expand market penetration.
