Job summary

Axon is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead a ~100-person CS organization serving U.S. Public Safety. You will shape strategy, build scalable processes, and partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to drive adoption and outcomes. Travel 30–40% and report to EVP, US Public Safety Sales. MBA is a plus.

You will own budgets, headcount planning, and organization design while maintaining a strong customer-first culture and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in large, multi-layered customer-facing orgs.
• Track record transforming/scaling Customer Success at scale.
• Strong SaaS and product adoption expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 100-person CS organization with Directors and Managers.
• Define operating rhythms, KPIs, dashboards, and accountability.
• Drive adoption, retention, and customer health across US Public Safety.
