Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in public safety or PSAP operations.
• Deep expertise in PSAP operations, NG911, CAD, and emergency communications trends.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with PSAP leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Strong strategic leadership driving scalable programs, operational improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate feedback into actionable product, business and GTM strategies.

Aufgaben

• Lead Axon 911 public safety strategy, mentor the team, drive KPIs and growth.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success to align solutions with customer needs.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product enhancements and AI initiatives for public safety.
• Support market expansion and deal strategy through industry expertise and relationships.
• Drive onboarding and training improvements to increase adoption among high-value customers.
• Optimize workflows and processes to deliver measurable outcomes and customer satisfaction.
