Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in public safety or PSAP operations.
• Deep expertise across PSAP operations, NG911, CAD and related workflows.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with PSAP leaders and associations.

Responsibilities

• Lead public safety strategy, partnerships, and KPIs for Axon 911.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and CS to align solutions.
• Gather feedback to influence product and prioritize AI initiatives.
• Support market expansion, deal strategy, and industry leadership.
• Drive operational excellence and measurable customer outcomes.
