Job summary

The City of Charlotte is seeking a Police Investigation Technician to answer division phone lines, gather information from victims and witnesses, and prepare reports for the Records Management System. You will work across one of several patrol division locations and support officers with subpoenas, records, and office tasks.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, U.S. citizenship, and strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications
