Job summary

Motorola Solutions, through its Exacom division, seeks a Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales field engineers responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. You will ensure SLAs, on-site installations, and excellent service for public safety and critical infrastructure clients.

The role requires 5+ years of technical management experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with project managers and client IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience leading technical support and/or field deployment teams.
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary technical teams (remote and on-site).
• Willingness to travel up to 20-30% for major field installations or critical sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dual-function team of Field Engineers; set KPIs for response times, resolution rates, and project delivery.
• Direct planning, scheduling, and execution of on-site hardware and software installations, upgrades, and cutovers.
• Refine support workflows and escalation processes; manage customer escalations with clear communication.
