Motorola Solutions, Exacom team, is seeking a Technical Field Services Manager to guide post-sales field engineers in deploying and maintaining Exacom Hindsight 4 systems for public safety clients.

You will drive 24/7 operations, uphold SLAs, and lead on-site installations with a focus on reliability and security compliance. Strong leadership and customer relations are essential to succeed in this critical role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience leading field teams.
• Experience in public safety, mission-critical environments, telecom, or NG911 preferred.
• Ability to obtain background clearance for government-related work.

Responsabilités

• Lead a dual-function Team of Field Engineers and oversee performance.
• Direct on-site hardware/software installation, upgrades, and cutovers; ensure SAT/ security standards.
• Refine support workflows and deployment checklists; manage customer relationships and escalations.
• Ensure revenue delivery by timely project completion and backlog management.
