The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical management, experience in mission-critical environments, and strong collaboration with project managers and client IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience.
• Experience in public safety or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (remote and on-site).

Responsabilités

• Direct and mentor Field Engineers and deployment teams.
• Manage on-site installations, deployments, and system cutovers.
• Ensure SLAs, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction metrics.
