SmartCOP Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the national remote sales engine for public safety software solutions.

Drive enterprise deals across CAD, RMS, and JMS, mentor a cross-functional team, and shape the go-to-market strategy to maximize bookings and growth. The role requires proven leadership in SaaS sales to government sectors, with a track record of achieving high revenue targets and scaling teams.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in B2B or SaaS with revenue targets.
• Proven enterprise sales success closing complex, high-value deals.
• Experience building and leading diverse sales and technical teams.
• Experience selling to government or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Scale the engine by building and mentoring a diverse sales and technical team.
• Own the New Name sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise contracts (CAD, RMS, JMS).
• Translate go-to-market strategy into measurable results and improve net bookings.
• Engage in high-value opportunities and cultivate executive relationships with public safety leaders.
• Use data-driven forecasting and CRM insights to optimize team performance.
