Job summary

SmartCOP Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our New Name acquisition strategy and build a high-performing enterprise sales team targeting the public sector.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for CAD, RMS, and JMS solutions, drive net bookings, and develop executive-level relationships with public safety leaders. This remote role includes ~50% travel and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in B2B or SaaS with revenue targets.
• Proven enterprise sales success closing complex deals.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and scaling sales teams.
• Background selling to government or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Scale and mentor a diverse sales and technical team.
• Own the New Name sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Transform GTM strategy into measurable results and net bookings.
