Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Driver License Examiner Assistant or equivalent (Commonwealth job title or federal equivalent).
• Two years of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.

Responsibilities

• Assess driving ability, physical qualifications, and vision results.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical readiness and proper equipment.
• Review identity, residency, and citizenship records for authenticity.
• Complete applications, test results, and issue license products.
• Provide guidance on renewals, transfers, and specialty license requirements.
• Follow policies for customer service, REAL ID, fee waivers, and Title VI.
