Job summary

Qualifications

Two years of experience with two-way radio, multi-line telephone, or CAD systems.
Two years of experience using computer systems for entering, updating, and retrieving information.
Completion of 60 college credits or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

Receive and assess emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch responses.
Relay information to Troopers and responders using radio, telephone, and computer systems.
Enter, research, and update data in electronic databases.
Respond to administrative inquiries and provide information per procedures.
Greet station visitors and connect them with appropriate personnel.
Attend required training and assist with training new operators.
