Qualifications

• Emergency call handling and assessment from the public and 911 centers.
• Relaying information to Troopers and coordinating with police, fire, medical, and support agencies.
• Maintaining electronic incident data and researching information in state systems.
• Responding to requests for information from citizens and station visitors.
• Training and onboarding new operators on communication procedures.
