Responsibilities

• Handle emergency and non-emergency calls, gather details, prioritize incidents.
• Dispatch troopers, coordinate with agencies, relay information.
• Access records using CLEAN, JNET, and related systems.
• Maintain electronic records of ongoing events and trooper status.
• Answer administrative questions and assist station visitors.
