Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen.
• Must be able to obtain IDACS/NCIC certification and access.
• Never had law enforcement officer license denied or revoked.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a vital communication link between the IU Health Department of Public Safety and guests and team members.
• Triages requests for service, provides guidance and coordinates appropriate responses.
• Utilizes proper radio communication and enters records in CAD systems.
• Completes annual training and certification requirements.
• Assists with various administrative duties as necessary.
