Job summary

The role monitors alarms, maintains communication with officers, and ensures safe environments of care by following procedures, documenting events, and complying with applicable laws and certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA/AS preferred.
• Must obtain IDACS/NCIC Operator certification within 3 months of hire.
• Must obtain Incite certification within 3 months of hire.
• Must obtain FEMA IS-100/IS-200/IS-800 within 6-9 months.
• Driver's License preferred.
• Addendums viewable for certain nurse roles on intranet.

Responsibilities

• Respond to critical code activations, safety alerts, and emergency 911 responses, coordinating dispatch across internal and external agencies using CAD and radio systems.
• Monitor alarms and messages, manage multiple tasks with urgency, and document events.
• Maintain constant contact with officers to ensure safety and coordinate law enforcement activity.
• Communicate clearly with customers and staff and ensure compliance with laws and procedures.
