Harris County Toll Road Authority seeks a Dispatcher to answer emergency and non-emergency calls and coordinate resources via two-way radio. You will manage CAD entries, monitor field units, and liaise with Law Enforcement and Incident Response Teams to ensure rapid, safe response to incidents.
Responsibilities include monitoring cameras, notifying the public of incidents, and maintaining incident data. Requires a high school diploma, TCOLE certification, and prior dispatch experience.
