Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Associate Customer Support Manager to oversee the Lifecycle Service business for designated contracts and ensure customer satisfaction for Public Safety customers in the T6 territory (TX/OK).

You will coordinate with customers and subcontractors, manage service scope and reporting, and drive improvements in service delivery and contract renewals. This role requires travel and regulatory clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in customer service or related field.
• Or 6+ years in a related role with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a single point of contact for customer management and SLA compliance.
• Drive corrective actions with customers and partners to closure.
• Manage service contracts, renewals, and required reporting.
