Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Associate Customer Support Manager (ACSM) to manage the Lifecycle Service for assigned government and enterprise contracts in the T7 Territory (AZ, CO, NM, NV, WY, UT). Role emphasizes customer satisfaction, cross-team coordination, and contract administration.

The ACSM will coordinate with subcontractors, ensure delivery per specifications, and drive service improvements while supporting revenue forecasting and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in customer service, support, or related fields.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Employer sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Candidates must reside in states AZ, CO, NM, NV, WY, or UT and travel ~25% within AZ/CO.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers a single point of contact for management and ensure SLA compliance.
• Discuss concerns with customers and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Manage service scope per contract and ensure customer obligations are met.
• Provide timely reporting as required by the contract.
• Manage subcontractor deliverables and agreed outcomes.
• Handle contract renewals and changes; coordinate with SCSO and PM.
