Job summary

Axon is looking for an Account Executive, Small City to manage the sales cycle for law enforcement agencies in Boston, MA. In this role, you will build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and support their adoption of Axon’s technology to safeguard communities and protect lives.

This position offers the opportunity for significant commission earnings and requires proven experience in sales and account management. The role is hybrid, with collaboration in the Boston office on-site Tuesday through Friday, allowing remote work on other days.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of full-cycle sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying, commission-driven role.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and longer sales cycles.
