Job summary

The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry seeks a Records Program Administrator to oversee the Public and Master Records office. You will supervise a team, manage requests for records, ensure compliance with federal, state, and department laws, and streamline processes for timely responses.

A Paralegal degree or certificate is preferred, along with leadership experience in records management.

Qualifications

• Requires Paralegal Degree or Certificate and supervisory experience in records management.
• Experience overseeing public records requests and ensuring compliance with laws and departmental policies.
• Knowledge of state and federal records laws and privacy considerations.
• Ability to train and evaluate staff using formal performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Public and Master Records office.
• Ensures timely processing and compliance of records requests.
• Manages receipt, review, and response to records requests with proper redaction.
