Job summary

The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a CORRECTIONAL RECORDS SUPERVISOR I responsible for training, supervising and evaluating Correctional Records Clerk I and II at ASPC - Lewis in Buckeye, AZ. The role includes interviewing and hiring staff and preparing weekly productivity reports.

Knowledge of ARS 31-221, ADCRR policies, ACIS, and court reporting is required. Travel on state business and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Responsibilities

• Trains, supervises and evaluates Correctional Records Clerk I and II
• Assists and ensures special projects are completed
• Reviews and assists staff in all records functions
• Interviews and hires for vacant Correctional Records Clerk I and II positions
• Tracks all incoming documents for filing and ensures all are filed accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensures record retention schedule is in compliance with schedule
• Prepares weekly reports
• Drive on State business
• Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment
