Office of the Secretary of State (OSOS) is seeking a Forms and Records Analyst to perform data analysis, maintain public records, and support the Corporations Records Program in processing and responding to records requests. The role involves collaboration with the Supervisor and Records officer to ensure accurate records retention and compliance.

Formación

• Two years of experience in forms and/or records management, including database usage, data entry, and records retention.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Experience interacting with the public and handling records requests.

Responsabilidades

• Review complex data related to the Corporations Records Program to verify compliance and data integrity.
• Assist customers in reviewing and processing records requests, subpoenas, and filings.
• Coordinate records transfer and disposition, and perform data cleanup to maintain accuracy.
• Independently respond to inquiries and issues from internal/external stakeholders.
